Unfortunately I found out about the possibilities of controlling an electrical installation by iPhone three years after completing reconstruction of our apartment, and I must admit that it made me pretty sad. But then I heard about the wireless version of iNELS. Today I do not regret replacing a relatively new electrical installation, because I easily recovered my investment after two years.

I was enthused about iNELS in that it could do anything important that was needed for normal operation of the villa and its residents. As a six-member family with a wide range of ages, we have different needs. We all control our music and video with our own smartphones. We share everything from a single disc, and right from the phone we can switch off the television and amplifier, retract the screen and start playing a good-night fairy tale for my daughter. 

The task at hand was clear: to effectively control, regulate and measure 180 apartments in the development project of our company in Prague-Čakovice. Though the investment in the intelligent system was a bit higher, it brought us possibilities that we had not anticipated: central control from reception and billing for energy media – plus tenants gained the option of checking their account via the Cloud and controlling the entire apartment including television via smartphone.
